Delmar built the municipal office for the Municipality of the District of Yarmouth in 2012. The office is located in Hebron. The project is a 2 storey building with offices, reception, elevators, meeting rooms, and a geothermal heating system.

In 2005, Delmar built the Woods Harbour Fire Hall. In 2023, Delmar renovated and added a second floor to the building. The second floor is used for training and meeting rooms.

New construction of a bank in the community of Pubnico, NS

Weymouth Library

Delmar Construction was the general contractor for the Weymouth Library. The project included a geothermal heating system.

Villa Saint Joseph du Lac Nursing Home

New Heights Arcadia Church

In 2018, Delmar Construction Ltd completed an addition to the New Heights Church in Arcadia. We removed the existing back part of the church, and the new addition was built on slab with in floor heat. The space gives them a meeting room, classrooms and kitchen area.
