Beche Nutraceutical:

In 2022, Delmar designed and built this large seafood processing facility for a local company. The 10 000 square foot building included 20’ high processing room ceilings, a dedicated laboratory, freezers and coolers, office and administration space, lunch rooms and locker/change rooms.

Accounting Office

In 2021, we designed and built this 7100 square foot office complex. We worked closely with the clients to develop a custom designed building that would suit all of their needs. Some of the building’s features include natural lighting to all employees, a gym, large file library, 2 way safe deposit boxes in reception, full kitchen and a twin boardroom with operable wall separation.

Hyundai Dealership

In 2021, Delmar Construction did a renovation and addition to the Hyundai dealership that they constructed in 2006. A service drive-thru was added, and a major facelift to the exterior and interior of the building was undertaken, to give it a modernized look.

305 Main

In 2021, we were asked by the Town of Yarmouth to lead a demolition following the condemning of a building on Main Street. Our engineers were present on-site full time, supervising the demolition and ensuring everything went smoothly and safely.

Villa Shed

In 2021, we designed & built this storage shed for a local nursing home. It included an overhead door, and a hatch in the second floor with winch above to hoist things up and down for easy storage.

GSAR Roof

In 2021, we re-roofed the headquarters for the Ground Search and Rescue team in Yarmouth. We used the International Orange colour, which sure pops!

4-Plex Apartment Complex

In 2020, Delmar Construction built this 4000 sq ft, 4 unit apartment complex just outside of Yarmouth. The site layout was designed in a way that will allow the construction of another similar unit in the future.

St. Bernard Firehall

In 2018, Delmar Construction Ltd completed a renovation and an addition for the St Bernard Fire Department. We have built the hall area, kitchen, as well as training space and two large bays for the Fire Department.

The Hope Center

In 2017, Delmar Construction Ltd built the new Hope Center on Bond Street in Yarmouth. We have worked with the project coordinators to deliver a beautiful new space for them.

Yarmouth Lighthouse

In 2017, Delmar Construction Ltd completely restored the exterior of the building, new cedar shingles, windows and roofing. We have successfully restored the exterior of this iconic building to its pristine condition.

Midland

In 2016, Delmar Construction Ltd constructed a new 4200 sq. ft. trucking depot for Midland trucking Ltd.

Veron D’eons

Delmar Construction Ltd started construction on this Robertson Steel building in September 2015. The Building itself is 75’ X 120’ , 9000 sq. ft. with a 22’ clear span height inside. This will become a warehouse facility for Vernon d'Eon Fishing Supplies Ltd. We have provided the owner with a warehouse that was designed to meet their growing needs.

Troop Shelter

In 2015 Delmar Construction built 2 troop shelters on Parade Street. These are used as training facilities for the Department of Defence.

Tusket Auto Repair

In 2015, Delmar Construction Ltd built a large steel building addition to the auto body repair shop in Tusket, nearly doubling the space they have for prep work.

Tusket Toyota

Delmar Construction erected this pre-engineered steel building and completed all of the work to bring it to the specifications of Toyota Canada for this local dealership.
