Delmar constructed this call center facility in 1999, and put an addition in 2005. In 2020 and 2023, Delmar did various renovations for new clients moving into the facility.
Barrington Library
Delmar built this library in the community of Barrington Passage. Refer to file for photos
Clarks Harbour School
In 2015, Delmar Construction built a large addition to the Clarks Harbour school. The addition included a gym, as well as other renovations to the school.
Havlock Wesleyan Church
The Havlock church was a design-build by Delmar Construction in 2012.
Mariners Center
Addition à In 2012, Delmar built this addition for the Mariners Center in Yarmouth. It was used for meeting & conference rooms.
Yarmouth Municipal Office
Delmar built the municipal office for the Municipality of the District of Yarmouth in 2012. The office is located in Hebron. The project is a 2 storey building with offices, reception, elevators, meeting rooms, and a geothermal heating system.
Nakile
In 2015, Delmar completed the design-build Nakile Seniors Home in Argyle. Delmar worked with architects and engineers to meet all of the strict requirements for these care facilities.

Academic Building à A 5 storey academic building consists of classrooms and an elevator.
Woods Harbour Fire Hall
In 2005, Delmar built the Woods Harbour Fire Hall. In 2023, Delmar renovated and added a second floor to the building. The second floor is used for training and meeting rooms.
Yarmouth Hospital
Delmar has done several contracts at the Yarmouth Regional Hospital over the years. Some of the contracts include renovations to several departments, cabinet work and working on the new phase of the hospital addition.
Yarmouth Wesleyan Church
New construction of a bank in the community of Pubnico, NS
Weymouth Library
Delmar Construction was the general contractor for the Weymouth Library. The project included a geothermal heating system.
Villa Saint Joseph du Lac Nursing Home
Delmar Construction stepped in and completed this partially completed project in 2019.

New Heights Arcadia Church
In 2018, Delmar Construction Ltd completed an addition to the New Heights Church in Arcadia. We removed the existing back part of the church, and the new addition was built on slab with in floor heat. The space gives them a meeting room, classrooms and kitchen area.
