Two Hulls

In 2012, Delmar Construction Ltd joined hands with MacKay-Lyons Sweetapple Architects to build this beautiful unique Oceanfront house. There is lots of attention to details and reveals. This home is anchored into the rocks and hanging out over the edge, facing the ocean.

German House:

In 2023, Delmar Construction designed and built this modern style house on a lakefront property. It features a modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms and an open concept style.

Oceanfront Renovation:

In 2022, we did a complete overhaul of an existing oceanfront home. The entire house was gutted from inside to out, keeping only the exterior framing. The house layout was changed immensely, opening up the house from it’s former tight layout to achieve an open concept. This was possible by installing beams and columns at key locations, all carefully planned out by our engineers. Some of the features of the house are modern kitchen, rugged workout room, efficient heating system, combined with high efficiency insulation, and wiring for a generator backup.

Sluice Point Residence

In 2017, Delmar Construction Ltd worked with Omar Gandhi Architect to build a beautiful ocean front summer home. We have worked closely with architects and home owners to give them a beautiful unique home with great attention to detail.

West Pubnico Home

In 2016, Delmar Construction Ltd built this cozy Ocean front home. It has large ocean facing windows and a see through rock faced fireplace, plus many other unique features the owners wanted incorporated into their home.

This 3750 square foot oceanfront house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and open living space! This project took 8 months to complete from beginning to end.

A-frame Renovation

In 2021, we took an existing A-frame cottage and renovated it into a modern dream home. We worked closely with the client to make their dreams and visions a reality.

Cape Island Oceanfront Home

This 3500 square foot home was perched on the edge of the ocean and features a unique colour scheme, and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Lakefront Cottage

We constructed this custom lakefront cottage in 2021. This 1350 square foot cottage features a screened-in bug room, vaulted living area and 3 bedrooms.
