Long Point Lobsters:

In 2022, Delmar custom designed and built this large lobster processing facility. It features a huge lobster tank with storage above the tank, and a large processing area out front. It comes complete with mechanical, electrical, generator and pump rooms to run the facility.

Sea Star Seafoods Ltd

Delmar Construction Ltd has worked with the owners of this large processing facility in Clarks Harbour, Cape Sable Island. Over the past few years, we have built additional processing, drying and a freezer at their facility. We take great pride in providing this customer with additions to their company.

Kenney and Ross

In 2017 Delmar constructed a waste water treatment plant at the Port Saxton complex.
